Organization

Every project belongs to an Organization, which is also where you manage members, access, and billing. Open it by clicking your profile at the bottom left, then Organization settings. When you register, a personal organization is created for you; name it during registration or rename it later. Create organization in the same menu adds another one.

Organizations and Folders

Within an organization, projects can be grouped into Folders to mirror how your teams or environments are structured, and to manage access for many projects at once instead of granting it project by project.

Manage folders and projects from Organization Settings → Projects.

Folders

  • Create a folder with New Folder. Folders can be nested inside one another.
  • Organize by dragging projects and folders within the tree, or using a row's Move action.
  • Rename or delete a folder from its row menu. Deleting a folder deletes everything inside it.

Projects

  • Rename or delete a project from its row menu, or from its own Settings → Project page. Deleting a project permanently removes it along with its configuration, API keys, and events.
  • Move a project to a different folder (or to the organization's top level) by dragging it in the tree, or using its row's Move action.

Renaming or deleting the organization

Organization owners can rename the organization, or delete it entirely, from Organization Settings → General. Deleting the organization removes it along with all its projects.

Members

Adding an organization member

From Organization Settings → Members, click Add member and enter their email address.

  • If that email already has an account, they're added to the organization directly.
  • If not, an account is created for them. They will have access the next time they sign in.

Changing or removing a member

From the same Members list, use a member's role dropdown to change their organization role, or the trash icon to remove them from the organization. Removing a member also revokes any project and folder access they had.

Every organisation needs at least one owner. This means that the last remaining owner cannot be demoted or removed.

Organization roles

Role Access
Member No project access by default. Needs project or folder roles granted explicitly (see below).
Owner Manages the organization itself and implicitly has Owner access on every project and folder in the organization.

Granting project or folder access

Organization membership on its own doesn't grant access to any project. In Organization Settings → Projects, click the three dots (⋯) next to the project or folder, then Manage Access → Grant Access, and select the member and their role.

Only people who are already members of the organization can be selected here. If they aren't listed, they need to be added to the organization first.

Use the same Manage Access dialog afterwards to change a member's role or revoke their access.

Project and folder roles

Role Access
Viewer Read-only
Editor Read + write (create/edit resources, run campaigns)
Owner Full control, including delete and managing who has access

A role can be granted on a project directly, or on a folder. Granting a role on a folder applies to every project and subfolder inside it, in addition to any grants on individual projects. Projects and folders a member has no role on are not visible to them at all.

Billing

On the LINK2AI cloud, usage is paid for with credits. Every plan includes a number of credits per month, and every analysis, red team test case and call to an included model uses some of them. Organization owners manage billing in Organization Settings → Subscription and Organization Settings → Usage.

Plans

Plan Credits Seats Projects
Trial 2,000,000 for the whole trial 1 2
Free none 1 3
Starter 2,000,000 per month 3 5
Pro 15,000,000 per month 10 10
Enterprise by agreement by agreement by agreement

Your first organization starts with a 14-day Trial. When it ends, the organization moves to Free, and additional organizations start there. Free includes no credits, so you can still manage your projects but not analyze or run red teaming until you choose a plan.

Subscription shows your current plan with its credits, seats and projects, and when it renews or changes. Choose Starter or Pro in the plan list to subscribe, switch to another plan or cancel; the payment itself is handled by Stripe. A pending change or cancellation is shown with the date it takes effect. Invoices & payment details opens your invoices and lets you update the payment method.

Enterprise plans are arranged with us, including installations in your own infrastructure. They renew monthly and are billed outside the portal; to change one, contact contact@link2.ai.

Seats count the organization's members, pending invitations included. When all seats or projects of a plan are in use, adding a member or creating a project asks you to upgrade.

What uses credits

Usage Credits
Analysis by Guardrails 10 per guardrail
Analysis by Instruction Adherence 10 per question in the decision graphs
Analysis by Off-Topic Detection 10
Analysis by Harmful Content or Malicious Intent 5
Analysis by PII Detection, Secrets Detection or Usage 1
Analysis served from the cache 1
Red team dataset generation 30 per test case
Red team evaluation 60 per test case run
Included models 100,000 per US dollar of token cost

Analysis is charged per module and request, in any mode except Disabled. Settings → Project → Cost per request shows what one request costs with the project's current configuration. Features that call an included model, such as red teaming with an included adversarial model, building adherence graphs or proposing the application context, additionally use credits for its tokens. Models of your own providers use no credits for their tokens.

Usage

Usage shows the credits used in the current period, how many are left and when they reset. The Credit usage table breaks them down by action: guardrail analysis, red team generation, red team evaluation and included models. Pick Current period, a Day, Week, Month or Year, or a Custom date range, and step back and forth with the arrows.

Once 80 % of the credits are used, owners also see a Credits used meter at the bottom of the sidebar.

Extra credits

LINK2AI can grant extra credits on top of your plan. They are only used once the period's credits are used up and never expire. Subscription and Usage show how many are left.

Running out of credits

When the credits of the period and any extra credits are used up:

  • the Controller API answers 402 Payment Required and analyzes nothing,
  • the Playground, red teaming, adherence graph building and other actions that need credits are refused with a message explaining why,
  • running red team generations and evaluations stop,
  • included models stop answering.

A red team generation or evaluation that needs more credits than are left is not started at all. Everything works again once credits are available: in the next period, after upgrading the plan, or with extra credits. To keep using models without credits, add your own provider.
